Technical Requirements (Must Have)

GenAI Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-oriented GenAI systems
Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI Application Development
RAG Frameworks: Practical experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using Vector Databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.) and specific chunking strategies
Agentic AI: Experience in building AI Agents with multi-step planning, tool calling, and workflow execution.
Cloud Stack: Hands-on usage of Azure AI Foundry (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML) or similar platforms like AWS Bedrock/GCP Vertex AI.
Orchestration: Advanced usage of LangChain or LlamaIndex for scalable AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop robust AI applications and integrate them into production pipelines using CI/CD.
Design and optimize AI prompts to enhance output quality and relevance.
Implement testing frameworks for model evaluation and hallucination control.
Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to scale AI deployments.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure ethical AI practices (bias mitigation, data privacy).
