Role Overview

Were hiring an AI/ML Engineer (with 5+ years of experience) who can go beyond experimentation and actually ship models into production. Youll work on real use cases across machine learning and Generative AI from building models to integrating them into live systems.

Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)

What Youll Work On

Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments

Work on Generative AI use cases (LLMs, embeddings, prompt-based workflows)

Develop features powered by AI (chatbots, automation, intelligent workflows)

Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Integrate ML/AI models with backend systems via APIs

Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship end-to-end solutions

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI roles

Strong Python skills

Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn

Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP use cases

Understanding of APIs and deploying models in production

Good grasp of data structures and problem-solving

Experience working in a team environment (Git, code reviews, etc.)

Must Have

Experience with OpenAI / Hugging Face / LLM frameworks

Prompt engineering and working with embeddings/vector databases

Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure

Basic knowledge of Docker or deployment workflows

Experience building AI-powered features (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)
