Role Description

We are seeking a talented AI / Machine Learning Engineer to develop intelligent systems that enhance user experience through automation, personalization, and predictive insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that power features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, and predictive analytics.

The role requires strong expertise in Python and modern machine learning frameworks, along with the ability to analyze large datasets and transform them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning Model Development

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve product intelligence and automation.

Build recommendation engines to personalize user experiences based on behavioral data.

Develop predictive models to generate insights and improve decision-making processes.

Conversational AI & NLP

Develop and implement chatbot systems to automate customer interactions and support services.

Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to understand and process user queries.

Improve chatbot accuracy and response quality using machine learning and NLP models.

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights that enhance product functionality.

Build systems that enable data-driven decision making.

Model Optimization & Deployment

Train, test, and optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

Continuously monitor model performance and improve algorithms based on real-world data.

Expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate experimentation, model tuning, and development workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

36 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning development.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data analysis.

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
