Objectives of the role:

• AI/ML Engineer with expertise in designing and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions to solve complex business problems
• Strong experience in building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning, and AI workflow orchestration
• Hands-on expertise with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy, LLM frameworks, and modern Generative AI technologies
• Proven experience owning end-to-end development and production rollouts of customer-facing and enterprise AI applications
• Skilled in collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence priorities and shape product roadmaps
• Strong background in machine learning, data science, and AI model development using Python, PyTorch, pandas, scikit-learn, and related technologies
• Experience in model evaluation, optimization, prompt engineering, and performance tuning for scalable AI deployments
• Expertise in building scalable cloud-native AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, microservices, automation workflows, and production-grade deployment architectures
• Strong understanding of distributed data processing and large-scale data engineering workflows
• Experience working with Apache Spark and the Databricks Intelligence Platform for large-scale distributed datasets and AI workloads
• Ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise applications with focus on scalability, reliability, and business impact
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
• Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and driving measurable business value through AI solutions
