AI/ML Engineer /Data Scientist

We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems.
• Collaborate with AI Full Stack Developers and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into web and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, model APIs, and automated workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate model performance, perform feature engineering, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience working with LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
