Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7- 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce integration processes and the ability to leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Integrate AI/ML solutions with Salesforce to optimize workflows and enhance data driven decision making.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and Salesforce integration.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, including APIs, data models, and best practices.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.

Ability to work with large datasets and perform data wrangling and preprocessing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Salesforce integration.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.

Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and other AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
