Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous innovation and problem-solving to enhance system capabilities and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in R Programming.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and integration of generative AI models into applications.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and their practical applications.
- Ability to work with data processing and image analysis tools relevant to AI projects.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable AI pipelines for both cloud and on-premises deployments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in R Programming.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
