Overview

We are building an AI-driven system within an Adobe Illustrator plugin environment to intelligently generate, adapt, and reuse packaging artwork. This role focuses on developing design intelligence and memory systems that learn from existing artwork, enabling scalable and efficient design workflows through multimodal AI and retrieval-based reasoning.

Key Deliverables

• Develop AI systems that understand and represent design knowledge.
• Build mechanisms for learning from historical artwork and enabling adaptive design reuse.
• Design multimodal intelligence combining visual and textual understanding.
• Create retrieval and reasoning workflows powered by embeddings and generative models.
• Enable AI-assisted decision-making across the artwork lifecycle.
• Integrate AI capabilities into creative tooling environments.
• Contribute to experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven design workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills

• Strong programming and applied AI development experience.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning and generative AI concepts.
• Understanding of multimodal learning and representation systems.
• Experience working with language models, embeddings, or semantic retrieval.
• Ability to reason about structured and unstructured visual information.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to creative or design-oriented AI applications.
• Experience with computer vision or document understanding systems.
