Detailed Job Description----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are seeking a high-energy, multidisciplinary Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end pipeline of transforming proprietary 3D and manufacturing data into intelligent automation systems that enhance design, scanning, and post-processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Data Integration
Work with our team to curate and label 3D mesh-based datasets (.stl and .obj files with texture, design logs, sensor data).
Contribute to training and fine-tuning custom AI models to automate mesh modification to repetitive design tasks.
Design and train custom AI models for post-processing 3D mesh data, including alignment, noise reduction, feature detection, and geometry modification.
Automation & Scripting
Build scripts and pipelines to automate workflows across tools and systems.
Integrate APIs from AI tools and 3D software into production workflows.
Work with tools like Blender, MeshLab, and Python-based libraries.
Technical Requirements
Must-Have
Proficiency in Python for scripting, data handling, and basic automation
Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Familiarity with CAD tools or 3D design workflows
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with 3D data (meshes, point clouds, STL/OBJ formats)
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Familiarity with tools such as Blender, MeshLab, or similar 3D processing
software
Experience integrating APIs and building automated workflows
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Adaptability and curiosity
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technical concepts quickly is highly valued.
