Were partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming customer onboarding and professional services automation for modern B2B teams.

Backed by leading global investors and trusted by high-growth SaaS businesses, the company is scaling rapidly and building an AI-first Professional Services organization focused on enterprise onboarding, integrations, and workflow automation.

This is a highly consultative, customer-facing role where youll own complex implementations end-to-end while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.

If you enjoy solving integration problems, leading enterprise customers through onboarding, and using AI tools to improve workflows and delivery, this role could be a strong fit.


What Youll Do


  • Own enterprise onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live
  • Lead discovery sessions and map customer workflows into scalable system configurations
  • Guide customers on implementation best practices and integration design
  • Work across APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers
  • Handle escalations and drive projects forward with high ownership
  • Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve implementation efficiency
  • Act as a trusted advisor for onboarding processes and operational workflows


What Theyre Looking For


  • Experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, technical consulting, or customer-facing delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and SaaS workflows
  • Experience working with tools like Postman, Zapier, Workato, Boomi, Make, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage enterprise customers and complex onboarding programs independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted tools and workflow automation


Nice to Have


  • Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or finance systems
  • Familiarity with PSA or project management platforms
  • Exposure to SQL, SSO/SAML, or enterprise IT workflows
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
