What You'll Do
As an AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling intelligent systems that power production applications.
Your work will include:
Building AI-powered applications using modern ML and LLM frameworks
Developing agentic workflows, memory systems, and context-aware AI experiences
Designing scalable backend architectures and APIs for AI products
Creating and optimizing retrieval pipelines, vector search systems, and RAG architectures
Implementing Transformer-based solutions for NLP and Generative AI use cases
Building production-ready ML pipelines from data processing to model deployment
Driving performance, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement across AI systems
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Backend Development
Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and model evaluation techniques
Hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade applications
Solid knowledge of Transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and modern NLP architectures
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, API development, and backend engineering principles
Ability to think beyond prototypes and build scalable, maintainable systems
Technologies You'll Work With
AI & LLM Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate
Backend & Infrastructure: FastAPI, REST APIs, WebRTC
Core Concepts: RAG, AI Agents, Retrieval Pipelines, AI Workflows, System Design
Nice to Have
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
Experience building autonomous AI agents and workflow orchestration systems
