AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who has hands-on experience building practical AI use cases using LLMs, RAG systems, automated workflows and AI agents.

This is not a research-only role. We need someone who has already created multiple end-to-end AI workflows and is excited to continue experimenting, building and improving new solutions for different business requirements.

You will work closely with the founder to develop AI-powered systems and use cases for an upcoming AI consultancy.

• Build end-to-end AI workflows for business and client requirements
• Convert business problems into working AI solutions
• Develop AI agents that can understand requests, make decisions and perform actions
• Build applications using Large Language Models
• Create RAG-based systems that retrieve information from documents or company data
• Connect AI solutions with APIs, databases, business tools and applications
• Develop prototypes and convert successful ideas into usable solutions
• Test workflows for accuracy, reliability, speed and cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot, improve and maintain existing AI systems
• Document workflows and explain solutions clearly to non-technical teams
• Research and recommend new AI use cases for the business
  

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building AI use cases
• Proven experience creating multiple AI workflows
• Experience building or working with AI agents and agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and their practical applications
• Good knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience connecting AI models with APIs, databases, documents or business systems
• Ability to take a requirement from idea to working solution
• Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs and function or tool calling
• Ability to independently take a business requirement and convert it into a working AI solution
• Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills

1. Workflows they have personally built
2. AI agents they have worked with or developed
3. How they have used LLMs in practical applications
4. The business problem solved and the final outcome
