About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and logically strong AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building scalable AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern agentic AI frameworks.

This role is focused on working with an already established AI-agent platform that automates and orchestrates workflows across multiple digital advertising and data ecosystems. The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining, enhancing, optimizing, and scaling intelligent AI-driven systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Python expertise, deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), modular application architecture, and practical exposure to AI agents, retrieval systems, and production-grade backend development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize AI-powered applications using Python

Work on existing AI-agent systems and improve scalability, performance, and reliability

Build and enhance AI workflows using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks

Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution

Integrate and manage vector databases for semantic search and retrieval pipelines

Design modular and maintainable backend architectures using OOP principles

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments

Improve AI system outputs by reducing hallucinations and enhancing contextual accuracy

Debug complex workflows, analyze failures, and optimize AI orchestration pipelines

Build integrations with external platforms, APIs, and automation systems

Contribute to scalable backend architecture and clean code practices

Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and system improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Python Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Python development

Deep understanding of clean coding practices and scalable backend systems

Strong debugging and logical problem-solving ability

Experience working with modular and structured codebases

Familiarity with REST APIs and backend frameworks

Understanding of observability, logging, monitoring, and debugging pipelines

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience working on real-world AI automation systems

Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tooling

Important Notes

This is not a beginner-level AI role.

The focus is more on practical engineering, architecture understanding, and AI system scalability rather than pure research.

Candidates with strong Python + OOP + logical reasoning skills are highly preferred.

Direct experience with every listed framework is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates strong adaptability and engineering fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with CrewAI or similar agentic frameworks will be considered an advantage.
