WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are not looking for someone who just knows Photoshop. We are looking for someone who thinks in visuals, dreams in color palettes, and uses AI like a creative superpower, not a shortcut.

Design is not decoration here. It is how we tell our story, sell our products, and build a brand people fall in love with. You will be the creative engine behind everything visual, from scroll-stopping social media creatives to product pages that actually convert.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

• Design stunning product visuals, social media creatives, banners, ads, and campaign assets that make people stop scrolling.
• Use AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and others to ideate, generate, and refine visuals at speed while keeping the quality razor sharp.
• Work with traditional tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro for fine-tuning, layout, and production-ready outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to translate brand vision into visual magic across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a cohesive visual identity across ecommerce platforms, social media, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Stay ahead of design trends in fashion, ecommerce, and AI, and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table every single week.
• Create short-form video content and motion graphics when needed (bonus, not mandatory).

WHO YOU ARE

• You are obsessed with aesthetics. Your Instagram feed is curated, your Pinterest boards are fire, and you notice bad kerning from a mile away.
• You have already been experimenting with AI design tools on your own, not because someone told you to, but because you could not help it.
• You understand fashion. You know what looks premium, what feels aspirational, and what makes a product image pop on a white background.
• You can take a rough brief and turn it into 3 stunning options before lunch.
• You are hungry to learn, open to feedback, and excited about building something from the ground up.

MUST-HAVES

• Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce or fashion-related design work (AI-generated work absolutely counts, we want to see it).
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 to 3 AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Google's Gemini and Flow, Leonardo AI, or Adobe Firefly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent tools like Figma and Canva.
• An eye for typography, color theory, and composition that is sharp enough to cut glass.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where speed and quality both matter.

NICE-TO-HAVES, BUT NOT REQUIRED (Will Make Us Love You More)

• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing using After Effects, CapCut, or Runway.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX for ecommerce websites.
• Prompt engineering skills, meaning you know how to talk to AI to get exactly what you want.
• A personal project, side hustle, or creative page that shows your passion beyond the 9 to 5.
