AI Decision Intelligence Analyst
(Hybrid, Bangalore)
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Decision Intelligence Analyst to help shape the next generation of analytics and AI-enabled decision-making across our loyalty and digital product ecosystem.
This is not a traditional reporting or dashboarding role. The position sits at the intersection of analytics, AI, customer behaviour, loyalty strategy, and business decision enablement.
The role will focus on transforming complex product, CRM, loyalty, and operational data into actionable intelligence helping teams understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what action should be taken next.
You will work closely with Product, CRM, Operations, Engineering, and market stakeholders to:
- diagnose KPI movements,
- identify behavioural drivers,
- develop segmentation and analytical models,
- shape AI-powered insight experiences,
- and help evolve the organisation toward an AI-first analytics operating model.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial thinking, curiosity about AI, strong BI expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Decision Intelligence & Analytics
- Analyse customer, loyalty, CRM, product, and operational data to identify trends, behavioural drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics across core business KPIs including activation, engagement, retention, loyalty health, redemption, and customer lifecycle performance
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for markets, product teams, and leadership
- Support ongoing programme health checks and market performance analysis across multiple regions
Power BI & Insight Experiences
- Design and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards and analytical experiences focused on usability, storytelling, and decision enablement
- Build scalable semantic models, KPI frameworks, and curated analytical datasets
- Create executive-ready visualisations and analytical narratives that simplify complex business problems
- Partner with stakeholders to evolve dashboards from static reporting toward AI-assisted decision intelligence experiences
- Support adoption of Copilot and AI-powered capabilities within Power BI workflows
AI-Enabled Analytics
- Help design and evolve AI-powered analytical experiences including automated diagnostics, AI-generated narratives, recommendation frameworks, and conversational analytics
- Partner with analytics, engineering, and platform teams to shape semantic layers, business context models, and AI-ready datasets
- Experiment with AI tooling (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve analytical workflows, stakeholder self-serve capability, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven decision intelligence frameworks and analytical agents
Segmentation & Behavioural Intelligence
- Develop customer segmentations and behavioural analyses using clustering and analytical techniques (e.g. k-means, cohort analysis, lifecycle segmentation)
- Identify high-value customer behaviours, retention drivers, and engagement opportunities
- Build analytical frameworks that support personalised experiences, loyalty optimisation, and CRM targeting
Stakeholder & Market Partnership
- Partner directly with Product Managers, CRM teams, Operations, and market stakeholders to support decision-making
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help improve data literacy and analytical adoption across stakeholder groups
- Act as a trusted analytical advisor to business teams
What Were Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, loyalty analytics, or decision science
- Advanced Power BI experience including dashboard design, semantic modelling, DAX, storytelling, and stakeholder-facing reporting
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Experience with behavioural analytics, segmentation, and analytical modelling techniques
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Naturally curious and proactive problem solver
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and practical applications within analytics workflows
- Experience using Python or similar analytical tooling
- Familiarity with clustering techniques such as k-means
- Experience working with product analytics, CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement data
- Exposure to modern analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Mixpanel, or similar
- Interest in AI agents, Copilot experiences, semantic layers, or conversational analytics
