AI Data Engineer

Foundational understanding of AI / ML concepts, particularly natural language processing

Basic exposure to Large Language Models, embeddings, or transformer-based architectures

Programming experience in Python and/or Java through projects

Good understanding of GPT token and latency analytics, and budget guardrails

Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services for AI, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search for developing and deploying AI applications at scale.

Basic understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns or vector search

Awareness of Responsible AI, data privacy, and model quality considerations

Understanding of software development fundamentals including APIs, version control, and testing concepts

Strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset

A strong commitment to quality, maintainability, documentation, and continuous learning.
