We need someone to own the data pipeline end-to-end.

This is not a narrow analyst role.

You own everything from raw client data landing in your inbox to a validated, model-ready dataset running through the Fount Cockpit. If the causal model returns bad outputs, the first call comes to you. When clients flag anomalies, you trace it back to the data. You are the quality firewall between messy reality and precise AI.

What you'll own: Data ingestion client data intake, source mapping, schema definition across all feeds Formatting & structuring date alignment, column normalization, unit consistency Validation & QA completeness checks, outlier flags, model-readiness scoring every cycle Python transformation pipelines automated cleaning, feature engineering, derived variable logic Fount Cockpit operations run model builds, monitor pipeline logs, version and track outputs Model output review sanity checks, anomaly flagging, escalation to data science team

You need: Advanced Python pandas, numpy, openpyxl; clean, documented, reusable automation scripts Advanced Excel complex formulas, data validation frameworks, large file handling 25 years of real pipeline ownership not just querying, not just dashboards The instinct to trace a bad model output back to a single misaligned column SQL extraction, cross-database joins, validation queries Clear, direct communication flag issues fast, propose solutions, zero faffing
