AI Automation engineer

Work Location- Noida & Chandigarh

Shift - Rotational Shift in EST (Only Night shifts)

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting,

DevOps, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will work on executing, maintaining, and

optimizing AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across MSP

environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage pre-built automation workflows (ticket triage, user provisioning, reporting, etc.)
• Develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python and PowerShell
• Leverage automation and AI tools like Power Automate, Zapier, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, N8N, and Rewst
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Automation teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
• Document workflows for clarity, scalability, and repeatability
• Monitor automation performance and ensure quality, optimization, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Experience with predictive lead scoring (Marketing Hub Enterprise feature).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, and Generative AI concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug end-to-end automation workflows

Nice to have

Experience with Vector Embeddings and RAG setups

Familiarity with MSP tools like PSA, RMM, and CRM systems

Exposure to AI agent development
