Role Summary We are hiring hands-on Agentic AI Engineers for our India CoE to build and operate production-grade multi-agent applications. You will convert clinical use cases into reliable workflows and help build our AgenticOps platform for orchestration and observability.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 35 years total software/ML engineering experience, including 1+ year building LLM/agentic applications.
• Hands-on Agentic Experience: Exposure to composing multi-agent systems covering scheduling, evaluation gates, and observability.
• Frameworks: Agno 2.0, LangChain, or CrewAI; awareness of AWS Bedrock/Vertex AI.
• Technical Core: Tool/function calling, context/memory management, RAG (VectorDB/GraphDB), and prompt engineering.
• Ops & Plumbing: Docker, CI/CD basics, tracing (Langfuse), and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical trade-offs and demo features clearly.

What Youll Do

• Build & Integrate: Implement multi-agent workflows (Plan/Act) for HCLS use cases like trial matching and patient timelines.
• API Adapters: Develop robust adapters for EHR/FHIR, CTMS, and CRM systems.
• Reliability: Engineer tool/policy layers for low-latency and safe function calling.
• RAG Layers: Implement knowledge retrieval using VectorDBs (Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector).
• Support: Contribute to the development of our AgenticOps platform capabilities like sandboxing and versioning.

Compensation (3 to 5 Years Experience)

• Pre-revenue stage: $200$400/month retainer (deferred until first revenue), flexible 440 hrs/week.
• Project stage: $18 to $25 /hour (based on experience level).
• Duration: Continues until successful completion of 2 to 3 large client projects.

Employment stage: Eligibility is based on prior performance. Base fixed salary: 20 to 28 LPA (based on performance at stage 2). Delivery Bonus: up to 75,000 per project (yearly cap). Annual Bonus: up to 3 L (performance-based, tied to client satisfaction). Benefits: Health insurance, 15 days paid leave, PF contributions.
