Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building autonomous, goal-driven AI agents and architecting scalable AI platforms across enterprise environments.

This role requires both strategic architecture ownership and hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement Agentic AI systems (multi-agent architectures, autonomous decision-making systems, orchestration frameworks).
• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture, from concept and design to deployment and optimization.
• Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Define AI system architecture including model selection, agent workflows, memory, planning, reasoning, and tool usage.
• Work hands-on with Python-based AI frameworks and modern AI stacks.
• Architect scalable and secure AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists, and set best practices for AI development.
• Ensure AI solutions follow governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent systems.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG, prompt engineering.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, task planning, tool invocation, and agent orchestration.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Solid experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Prior experience leading AI architecture for large-scale platforms.
