Ergode is hiring an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to lead and scale its affiliate channel on Rakuten Advertising. This is a manager-level, end-to-end ownership role based out of our Mulund, Mumbai office operating on a night shift aligned to the US market.

Role: Affiliate Program Manager

Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift | Flexible Working Hours

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Market: US (Zulily Rakuten Advertising)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Lead end-to-end affiliate recruitment across content creators, coupon sites, influencers, and loyalty/cashback platforms

Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline with a multi-touch follow-up cadence

Own all affiliate communications personalized outreach, onboarding, monthly check-ins, and performance nudges

Manage active affiliate relationships share product picks, promo calendars, creatives, and resolve tracking issues independently

Identify dormant affiliates and run re-engagement campaigns

Handle standard affiliate queries independently; escalate custom commission or legal issues appropriately

Submit weekly outreach and performance reports

Monitor competitor affiliate programs and identify new publisher opportunities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 4 years in affiliate marketing, partner management, or influencer marketing

eCommerce, retail, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred

Hands-on experience with affiliate networks Rakuten is a strong advantage; CJ, ShareASale, Impact, or Awin is acceptable

Proven personalized cold email outreach skills

Experienced in prospect research across Instagram, TikTok, Google, and affiliate directories

Highly disciplined with trackers and pipeline management

Excellent written English daily communication with US-based affiliate partners

Comfortable working night shift with flexible hours

Strong ownership mindset runs the affiliate function independently
