Your Role

As an AEM Forms Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of AEM Formsbased solutions. You will bring strong technical expertise in Java/JEE, AEM Forms, and Adobe LiveCycle while guiding teams through complex implementations and ensuring best practices, performance, and scalability across solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of AEM Forms solutions, including Adaptive Forms and Form Fragments.
• Develop and customize AEM Forms OSGi workflows, services, and components.
• Design and develop XDP forms and leverage AEM Forms Document Services for document generation and processing.
• Work extensively with Adobe LiveCycle modules, including Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, Document Security, and Digital Signatures.
• Build and expose SOAP and REST-based web services for system integrations.
• Apply strong object-oriented design principles in Java/JEE-based application development.
• Collaborate with UI teams using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and frameworks such as jQuery and AJAX.
• Work with RDBMS for data persistence and integration.
• Lead technical discussions, provide estimates, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe AEM Forms and Java/JEE.
• Proven experience with Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, OSGi workflows, and services.
• Strong experience in Adobe LiveCycle modules such as Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, and Digital Signatures.
• Solid understanding of OSGi architecture, component development, and service lifecycles.
• Experience building and consuming SOAP/REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience working with RDBMS and integrating backend systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and working in an Agile delivery model.

Good to have

• Experience in Adobe LiveCycle upgrades (ES2 / ES3 / ES4).
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or digital transformation projects.
