We are hiring an Advocate for Contract Drafting & Agreement Vetting

We are looking for an Advocate who has practical experience in drafting, reviewing and finalising commercial contracts and business agreements.

The role is suitable for someone who is already working in a law firm and has handled contract drafting work independently or with limited supervision.

Position:Advocate Contract Drafting & Agreements

Experience:Minimum 3 years

Salary:30,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience

Work Type:Full-time

Location: Bengali Market, Mandi House

Preferred Background:Candidate must be presently working in a law firm or must have recent law firm experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and improving various commercial and corporate documents, including:

Contract Agreements, MOUs, Deeds, Master Service Agreements, NDAs, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Client Agreements, Employment-related Agreements and other business/commercial contracts.

The candidate should be able to understand the business transaction, identify legal and commercial risks, suggest protective clauses, and prepare documents in clear, practical and legally sound language.

We are looking for someone who does not merely copy-paste templates, but understands the purpose of each clause and can draft documents keeping the clients business protection in mind.

Candidate should have:

• Minimum 3 years of practical contract drafting experience.
• Good command over English drafting.
• Experience in commercial contracts, corporate agreements and business documents.
• Ability to review agreements from a risk-protection angle.
