The Role

We're looking for a creative Scriptwriting Intern with a passion for performance marketing. You'll write persuasive, scroll-stopping copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns that help BabyBillion reach more parents across India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Copywriting

• Write short-form ad scripts and copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns targeting parents
• Craft hooks, headlines, and CTAs that drive clicks, installs, and subscriptions
• Adapt the BabyBillion brand voice across different ad formats video scripts, carousel copy, and static ads
• Work with the marketing team to test and iterate on ad messaging

General

• Edit and refine scripts based on feedback to maintain high content standards
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign concepts
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing skills with a flair for persuasive copy
• Ability to write compelling, parent-facing copy that drives action
• Basic understanding of Meta ad formats and what makes social content perform
• Creative thinker with a grasp of narrative structure and pacing
• Openness to feedback and willingness to revise work
• Prior writing experience (ad copy, scripts, social content) is a plus
