Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding courses and admissions
- Counsel prospective students on program offerings, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission procedures
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly
- Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion ratio
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Conduct campus tours / virtual sessions for prospective students (if applicable)
- Participate in admission events, seminars, and outreach activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
