Hiring Admission Counsellor for Edtech company in Noida. Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable courses or academic programs. Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins), follow up with prospective students, and assist them from initial interest through final enrollment.Application Assistance: Guide students through application forms, review submitted documents for accuracy, and ensure all institutional eligibility norms are met.Information Sessions: Organize and conduct campus tours, orientation programs, and informational webinars to showcase institution facilities and course benefits.Data Management: Track inquiries and application progress by updating and maintaining accurate student data within the organization's CRM database.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with academic departments and management to stay updated on curriculum changes, fee structures, and admission deadlines.
