This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at our Agra location. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing queries, providing course-related information, and assisting with enrollment. Key tasks include building relationships with potential students, offering guidance on program selections, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, the candidate will need to maintain detailed records and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively advise and support prospective students.
• Strong Customer Service abilities to provide a positive experience and assist in addressing student needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies to engage and attract new students while meeting enrollment goals.
• Experience or understanding of the Education domain to provide accurate and comprehensive guidance on our programs.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple admissions tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
