Academic Counsellor:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, helping them understand programs and navigate the admissions process

What Youll Do:

1. Student & Parent Counselling: Involves guiding students and parents through the admission journey, handle concerns and objections, following up constanly to support informed enrollment decisions

2. Admissions & Operations: Ensuring the completion and accuracy of applications, coordinating with internal teams for seamless onboarding and support counselling events, orientations, and admission drives.

What Were Looking For:

• 02 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
