Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join our team on-site at our Coimbatore campus. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing information about programs, courses, and services offered by the institution.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and families (Tamil and English)
• Knowledge in the field of Education to understand and communicate the academic offerings and align them with prospective student goals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
