Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-intent, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive student
enrolments for our Global UG, PG, and Masters programs. This role requires strong
consultative selling skills, persistence, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from
inquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
Handle a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage prospective students
Convert inquiries into applications and final enrolments through structured
counselling
Own the complete sales cycle: lead qualification counselling follow-ups
closure
Build urgency and effectively handle objections to drive conversions
2. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions via CRM
Ensure zero lead leakage with a disciplined follow-up approach
Provide daily/weekly reporting on pipeline health and performance
3. Collaboration & Market Awareness
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion
rates
Stay updated on program offerings, competitive landscape, and positioning
Share on-ground insights to refine messaging and targeting
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in inside sales (education industry preferred)
Core Skills
Strong closing ability with a proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
High energy, persistence, and a never drop the lead mindset
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Languages:
English (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
