We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team in Pune. The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward enrolling in our AI-based courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.
Explain course offerings, career opportunities, and program benefits.
Pitch and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Follow up with potential students and maintain lead data.
Build strong relationships with students and address their queries regarding AI programs.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and admissions.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or EdTech sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Passion for education and technology
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of AI/technology courses is a plus
