Role Description

This full-time, on-site Administrative Executive role is based in Chennai. The Administrative Executive will oversee daily school operations, manage communication among staff and stakeholders, and organize meetings, schedules, and events. They will also provide executive-level support to leadership, handle general administrative tasks, and maintain records and documentation. The role requires proactive planning, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive and professional school environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
• Experience and aptitude in General Administration
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with educational sector procedures and practices is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
