We are a niche finance consulting firm specializing in Capital Markets, M&A, IPO Advisory, Fund Raising, and Strategic Transactions. We are looking for dynamic and reliable professionals to join our growing team.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Mumbai, Andheri East. The Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing communications, organizing records, and supporting executive staff. Additional duties include answering phone calls, providing clerical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily office activities.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with the ability to manage daily office operations effectively.
  • Must have a basic knowledge and know how to operate and integrate basic AI tools in the everyday work.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including handling inquiries and maintaining professional correspondence
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior management with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling applications. AI proficiency and the tools is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a must
