Admin & Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Telecaller Executive to manage lead follow-ups, support sales activities, and handle administrative and digital operations. The role requires strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Telecalling & Lead Management

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and follow up regularly
• Generate new leads through calls and other channels
• Convert leads into sales by explaining products clearly
• Maintain proper lead records and updates

Social Media & Digital Handling

• Manage and update company social media pages
• Respond to basic customer inquiries online
• Support in improving online presence

E-Commerce Management

• Handle product listings and updates on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Monitor orders, inquiries, and customer responses
• Coordinate for smooth order processing

Accounts & Administration

• Maintain basic company accounts (expenses & revenues)
• Record and organize office documents properly
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks

Operations Support

• Assist in product sales and operational activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Keep updated knowledge of company products

• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic understanding of accounts is an added advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Telecalling / Sales experience
• E-commerce platform handling (Amazon, Flipkart)
• Organizational and follow-up skills
