Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Admin & Operations Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with teams and external stakeholders, and providing executive administrative assistance. The Admin & Operations Executive will also handle communication responsibilities, organise schedules, maintain records, and support other operational tasks to enhance organisational efficiency.
Compensation: 4.5L 5L CTC
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (MonFri Office | Saturday WFH)
Experience: 14 years
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office software tools
- Experience in operations or administrative support in a startup environment is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Manage invoices, billing, collections, and payment follow-ups
- Work closely with founders on high-priority and ad-hoc tasks
- Step in across functions to solve operational gaps
- Take ownership of tasks beyond defined boundaries when required
- Manage contracts, documentation, and internal records
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the team
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Drive revenue recovery and ensure timely collections
- Track expenses, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with CA/accountants for compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks
