Job Description

About the Role:

Aditya Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee and streamline operations for our confectionery brand. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across functions, managing administrative processes, and driving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate and conduct franchise meetings and discussions
  • Manage onboarding of new clients and business partners
  • Oversee product dispatch and ensure timely delivery to outlets
  • Supervise and monitor AFE and ASM teams
  • Review reports, track performance, and assess team profiles
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure overall administrative efficiency and structured operations


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and operations management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and drive team performance
  • Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or similar industry preferred
