Job Description

Admin and Facilities JD:

  1. Oversee end-to-end facility operations including office maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and workplace management.
  2. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, AHU, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
  3. Ensure optimal functioning of workplace infrastructure, seating allocation, space planning, and expansion projects
  4. Manage day-to-day administrative functions ensuring smooth business operations.
  5. Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, travel policies, travel partners, and cost optimization initiatives.
  6. Manage employee transport operations (routes, fleet coordination, vendor controls, compliance, safety norms)
  7. Oversee vendors performance in accordance with set KPIs/SLA.
  8. Management of Health & Safety, fire safety duties, compliance, and regulation standards
  9. Provide best in class working experience for employees
  10. Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, & cost optimization.
  11. Track expenses & ensure alignment with financial guidelines
  12. Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports related to admin costs, transport usage, facility performance, vendor billing, and compliance dashboards.
  13. Present monthly/quarterly administration performance metrics to leadership.
  14. Forecast future admin requirements and plan resource allocation accordingly.
  15. Responsible for regular asset tracking and maintaining a comprehensive asset inventory.
