Job Description

Architecture & Design: Owns end-to-end AD architecture, including forest/domain design, site replication topology, OU structure, and DNS management.

Hybrid Identity & Cloud: Designs and manages hybrid identity solutions, including Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect sync, and integration with Microsoft 365.

Security & Compliance: Implements Tiered Administration models, PAM (Privileged Access Management), MFA, and Conditional Access policies.

Migrations & Upgrades: Leads AD upgrades, forest consolidations, and migration projects (e.g., Active Directory Migration Tool - ADMT, Quest).

Performance & Troubleshooting: Diagnoses L4-level complex AD replication issues, DNS failures, and authentication problems.

Automation & Governance: Develops PowerShell scripts for automation and defines GPO (Group Policy Object) strategies.
