Role Summary

Manage and support enterprise Windows VMware and Identity infrastructure with focus on Active Directory SCCM ADFS DNS and PKI in a hybrid environment Responsible for ensuring availability security automation and compliance of core infrastructure services Re ASMO requirement Outlook

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Administer Windows Server 20122022 environments
• Manage VMware ESXi vCenter HADRS vMotion
• Perform server provisioning patching and performance tuning

Active Directory Identity

• Manage AD DS GPO OU structure replication and access control
• Troubleshoot authentication issues Kerberos LDAP
• DNSSupport hybrid identity ADFS Entra ID Re ASMO requirement Outlook

SCCM Endpoint Management

• Handle patching deployment and compliance via SCCMMonitor endpoint health and reporting Re ASMO requirement Outlook

Core Services

• Security
• Administer DNS DHCP and network services
• Manage PKI certificate lifecycle
• ADCSI mplement security hardening and access controls Re ASMO requirement Outlook

Operations

• Automation
• Work in ITIL processes Incident Change Problem Re ASMO requirement
