Seeking experienced Migration & Transition professionals to support the migration of business operations from multiple global locations into the India Global Delivery Hub (

GDH).
The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end transition activities, including knowledge transfer, SOP creation, process documentation, readiness tracking, stakeholder management, risk management, hypercare support, and governance activities. The successful candidate will work as an individual contributor and partner closely with global business stakeholders, functional leaders, and receiving teams within

  Manage end-to-end migration and transition activities from global locations into the India Global Delivery Hub (GDH), ensuring smooth execution and adherence to tim
• elines.Develop and maintain migration plans, readiness trackers, risk logs, and governance r
• eports.Coordinate with global stakeholders, business teams, and receiving teams to drive successful knowledge transfer (KT) and transition ou
• tcomes.Facilitate and track KT sessions, shadowing, reverse-shadowing, readiness assessments, and sig
• n-offs.Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support operational trans
• itions.Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and operational blockers throughout the migration lif
• ecycle.Support governance forums, executive reporting, and readiness reviews while maintaining RAID logs and migration dash
• boards.Drive post-go-live hypercare activities, issue resolution, process stabilization, and successful handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU)

teams.
Experience & Skills

• Required
  57 years of experience in Migration, Transition, Transformation, Shared Services, GCC, BPO/KPO, or Global Business Services envi
• ronments.Proven track record in managing process migrations, offshoring, centralization, or operational tra
• nsitions.Hands-on experience in Knowledge Transfer (KT), SOP development, process documentation, governance, and operational r
• eadiness.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams and multiple geo
• graphies.Excellent project management, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and presentatio
• n skills.Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Shared Services, Consulting, or Global Capability Centre environments is p

referred.
