Job Title: Accounts Payable & Compliance Executive

Experience: 24 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payables, Zoho Books bookkeeping, and Indian statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF & ESI. The ideal candidate ensures accurate financial records and timely regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

End-to-end invoice processing from receipt to payment

Vendor onboarding, master data maintenance, and query resolution

3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) and discrepancy resolution

Payment run execution scheduling, approvals, and reconciliation (wire, ACH, cheques)

Bookkeeping & Reporting

Journal entries, reconciliations, and reports in Zoho Books

Vendor ledger reconciliation and ageing analysis

Month-end closure and audit support

Statutory record maintenance

GST & TDS Compliance

Invoice review, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and 2B reconciliation

TDS deduction, return filing, and Form 16/16A issuance

Payroll Compliance

PF & ESI calculation, payment, and return filing

Ensure timely regulatory deposits and documentation

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

Working experience of GST, TDS, PF & ESI return filing

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting controls

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
