Position: Accounts Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in manufacturing accounting and ERP systems to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for manufacturing units
• Ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, and production accounting
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits
• Lead monthly closing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Purchase, ERP)
• Strengthen internal controls and SOP implementation
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Requirements

• CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com
• Minimum 5+ years experience, preferably in manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge in:

• Costing and Inventory Accounting
• GST, TDS, and compliance
• ERP systems (ERPNext / SAP preferred)
• Leadership mindset with strong analytical skills
