Wishluck is a fast-growing e-commerce and quick commerce company focused on delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and support the company's financial operations.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing coordination, and tax-related documentation.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP software.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 45 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or quick commerce operations will be preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.

• Marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Vendor payment management.
• Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
