Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Maintain and update daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
- Handle ticket revenue reconciliation from ticket counters and online bookings.
- Verify and record cash collections from park outlets such as F&B, retail, lockers, and other attractions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor daily deposits.
- Maintain invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
- Support the finance team in GST documentation and statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly closing reports and financial statements preparation.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and sales teams for revenue verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in vendor payment processing and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
- 13 years of experience in accounts or finance, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or retail industry.
- GST filling
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Experience with Tally, Excel, or accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
