This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant located in Chennai, with an option for partial remote work. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings. The role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining budgets, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial data and insights.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience in tax preparation, compliance, and filing
• Familiarity with payroll processing and management
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills for financial data review
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Understanding of U.S. financial and tax systems is an added advantage
