Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Aligarh. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, auditing and reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include managing invoicing, budgeting, payroll processes, and supporting tax preparation. The individual will also collaborate with other teams to analyze financial data and provide recommendations to optimize financial strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budget management, and financial analysis
  • Experience with invoicing, payroll management, and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is advantageous
