Job Title: Accountant (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Near Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Indie Roots Global is a fast-growing e-commerce and global trade company operating across international marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other platforms. We focus on cross-border commerce, financial optimization, and scalable business operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage end-to-end financial processes and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records
• Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger management
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain GST records and assist in GST filings
• Work on export documentation and reconciliation (India Post / courier shipments)
• Assist in GST refund (RFD) processes and documentation
• Maintain multi-company accounts and reporting
• Prepare financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis
• Track and reconcile marketplace payments (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Coordinate with CA for compliance, audits, and filings
• Handle payroll and vendor payments
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
• Experience with Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Good understanding of banking and reconciliation processes
• Ability to manage multiple company accounts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or export/import accounting
• Familiarity with GST refunds and shipping documentation
• Experience handling marketplace transactions
