Job Description (Accountant):

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

1. Manage daily accounting activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, and reconciliations in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
2. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounting records and bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to transactions, fees, and balances.
3. Maintain general ledger entries and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations, improve processes, and enhance efficiency through better controls or automation.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
6. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of reports and documentation.
7. Assist with any additional accounting duties assigned by management to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
