We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support the business with financial clarity and control.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Handle daily cash flow tracking and reconciliation
• Manage billing, invoices, and receipts

• Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with external CA for filings and audits

• Monitor inventory-related expenses and consumption
• Work with operations team to track food cost and wastage
• Support stock audits and variance analysis

• Manage vendor accounts and payment schedules
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports
• Track revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Highlight cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 13 years of relevant accounting experience (hospitality/F&B preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Proficiency in Tally / Excel or similar accounting tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Stable role in a long-running, reputed establishment
• Exposure to high-volume restaurant accounting
