Accountant

Eutierria Ventures is a Mumbai-based start-up dedicated to creating innovative food and beverage brands that advocate for a planet-first lifestyle. Our first venture, "pause...", a plant-based intimate caf, launched in February 2025 and is located in Bandra, Mumbai, India. Our mission is to make sustainable choices accessible and appealing to a wider audience. This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Additional duties include conducting audits, managing budgets, processing invoices, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will form a key part of daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience with reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software
• Familiarity with tax regulations, audits, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Prior experience in the F&B or start-up industry is a plus
